Am Wochenende wurden bei uns 6 Kübel Kriecherln (wilde Mirabellen) gesammelt.Aus zwei Kübeln haben wir mit Hilfe eines Entsafters 24 Gläser Kriecherl-Gelee gemacht. ALLES MEINS ! :) Das Zeug ist sooo lecker. Kriecherlbrand wäre auch nicht unnett, aber die Maische sechs Monate einfach wo herumstehen lassen? Also ich weiß nicht, ob sich das lohnt.

nachdem meine mutter und ich bei ca 50 grad beim holzofen die entsafter- und einkocharbeit hatten, ganz zu schweigen von meinem muskelkater nach dem sammeln der kriecherl, habe ich mir zumindest 1 glas verdient du "gieral" :))
ob sich das lohnt ??
ob sich kriecherlbrand lohnt ???!?
