Na ja - die Konsumenten werden halt nicht wissen, dass Windows oder oder manche Tools einfach eine Verbindung im Hintergrund aufbauen... und lassen das Modem an.
Für die ist "Internet-Nutzung = IE verwenden".... tja, genau was der Artikel schreibt und meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich irreführend. Fairclick (und das Gegenstück von "3") sind da gemeiner.
Find ich nicht.
"Surfst nix, zahlst nix" impliziert für einen "normalen" User, dass er nichts zahlen muss, wenn er nicht aktiv surft. Wenn man i-Tüpferl reiten will, könnte man IMHO sogar argumentieren, dass Mail-Abruf und beispielsweise Bittorrent nicht bezahlt werden müssen, da ja nicht "gesurft" wird. Dass wäre man interessant, auszufechten. :D
Und dass die Grundgebühr nicht erwähnt wird, ist IMNSHO einfach nur eine Frechheit.
