Programmers Font
Right now, I am using „Bitstream Vera Sans Mono” in 10 to 12 point I am very content with it.
But Damien Guard has a nice article on the „Droid Sans Mono” font (included in Google’s Android project) on his blog, in which he praises this font. For him (and me) the only issues are:
- the lack of a bold weight or italic variant which limits the syntax highlighting options
- the 0 is currently not slashed
In the comments, there is also praise for the „
Dina Programming Font” and Damien himself endorses his „
Envy Code R Font”.
So, what do you think? Should I switch? Is the „right” font important? What font do you use for coding?

Courier New. Forever - weil ich zu faul bin mich damit zu beschäftigen. Aber dein Screenshot sieht eh net so schlecht aus.
