Na da sind wir aber froh
Alleine die Tatsache, dass Beschuldigte über verschlüsselte E-Mail-Nachrichten miteinander kommunizieren und verschlüsselte Nachrichten in den Entwurfsordnern ihrer E-Mail-Accounts ablegen, ist kein Beleg oder hinreichendes Indiz für die Mitgliedschaft in einer terroristischen Vereinigung.
