1. Eine eventuell an eine Mitteilung (E-Mail) angehängte Signatur bzw. Disclaimer oder Haftungsausschluss wird die Nutzung Ihrer E-Mail durch mich in keinster Weise beinflussen. Sie haben mir die E-Mail geschickt, damit ich sie lese. Eine Fehlzustellung ist nicht möglich, da mein Mail-Server keine falsch addressierten E-Mails akzeptiert. Ich speichere die Mitteilung solange ich will - entweder bewusst oder weil ich vergessen habe, sie zu löschen.
2. Da eine unverschlüsselte E-Mail hinsichtlich der Vertraulichkeit im besten Fall einer Postkartte gleich kommt, behalte ich mir das Recht vor, eingelangte E-Mails zu veröffentlichen. Dies betrifft insbesondere Presseaussendungen, Drohungen. Klagsandrohungen, Werbemails und andere unerfreuliche Mitteilungen. Für vertrauliche Mitteilungen verschlüsseln Sie ihre Mitteilung bitte mit Hilfe von GnuPG. Meinen Public Key finden sie über die gängigen Keyring-Server.
3. Ich behalte mir das Recht vor, unterhaltsame E-Mails an meine Freunde zu deren Unterhaltung weiter zu leiten.

1. A signature will in no way restrict my use of your message. You sent the message to me because you want me to read it (it was not mis-sent, my mail server does not accept mis-addressed mail). I will keep the message as long as I like either deliberately or because I forgot to delete it.
2. As an email is, in regards to privacy, comparable to a postcard, I reserve the right to publish any email I receive. This especially applies to press releases, threads, threats of legal action, advertisements and any other unfriendly message. For confidential messages, please use GnuPG encryption. My public key can be found on all major keyring server.
3. I reserve the right to forward all amusing email to my friends for their enjoyment.
